The monograph identifies political and legal preconditions for the introduction of civil-military cooperation system in the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone, describes activities of United Centres for Civil-Military Cooperation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine aimed at restoring civil infrastructure of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the necessity of introducing a system of civil-military cooperation according to the standards of the Atlantic Alliance. Based on verified data it establishes the necessity to increase the number of groups and to diversify units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine involved in the civil-military cooperation as well as to expand their activities to other sectors of the ATO zone. It also analyzes the quality of training for specialists involved in the civil-military cooperation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and of other military units.
